Talent Fest: Where Passion Found Its Voice

“Talent is not merely a gift; it is a spark that comes alive when courage gives it a chance to shine.”The school campus came alive with rhythm, melody, energy and youthful exuberance as students of Classes VIII to X took centre stage for the much-awaited Talent Fest on 21st August 2026. It was not merely a competition, but a vibrant celebration of individuality, confidence and the courage to step into the spotlight.The fest showcased a dazzling spectrum of talent through four exciting competitions—Solo Dance, Group Band, Solo Singing and Group Dance. Each performance reflected hours of preparation, dedication and an infectious passion for the performing arts. From powerful dance movements and soulful voices to electrifying musical ensembles and dynamic group performances, the stage became a canvas where young artists painted their dreams.The Solo Dance performances captivated the audience with expressive movements and impressive stage presence. The Solo Singing segment filled the atmosphere with melodious voices, while the Group Band performances brought together rhythm, harmony and musical creativity. The Group Dance competition added an extra burst of energy, with students displaying remarkable coordination, enthusiasm and team spirit.The performances were thoughtfully evaluated by esteemed judges Mr. Jeson Tharakan and Ms. Usha Correa, whose expertise and keen observation helped recognise the dedication and artistic potential of the participants.Adding special significance to the event was the fact that the Talent Fest was conceptualised and organised by students Ralph D’Souza and Arnav Gujar. Their initiative, leadership and organisational skills demonstrated that students can be not only participants but also creators and catalysts of meaningful school experiences.The Talent Fest reminded everyone that every young person possesses a unique voice, rhythm or story waiting to be discovered. Some students may have walked onto the stage with confidence, while others may have carried a flutter of nervousness—but each one took the courageous step of being seen and heard.The event ended on a high note, leaving behind applause, admiration and, most importantly, inspiration. Talent Fest proved that when passion meets perseverance and opportunity meets courage, the stage becomes more than a platform—it becomes a place where young dreams learn to shine.
